KBC was engaged by The GPT Group to refurbish the lobby and amenities on Level 23 of 181 William Street, Melbourne. The project, executed over 7 weeks with a budget of $600k, involved a complete demolition and reconfiguration of the existing spaces to create a modern, functional environment.
The scope of work included demolishing the old lobby and amenities and installing new partitions, along with upgrades to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. The finishes featured high-quality Bishop master venetian plaster in both the lobby and amenities, new stone flooring, and contemporary fixtures and fittings.
KBC successfully completed the project on time and within budget, delivering a seamless refurbishment that met The GPT Group’s expectations. The positive outcome led to KBC being selected for the refurbishment of an additional two floors, scheduled for August 2024, demonstrating the continued satisfaction and trust of the client.
