Refurbishment of Existing Office

KBC was selected to refurbish Workday’s existing office at L24, 360 Collins St, Melbourne. The project, completed in just 4 weeks, involved transforming 450 square metres into an upgraded, high-functioning workspace.

The refurbishment scope included the construction of new meeting rooms, installation of custom joinery, and upgrades to electrical systems and floor finishes. Each aspect was meticulously planned and executed to ensure minimal disruption to Workday’s operations in a live environment.

Despite the tight timeline and the challenges of working in an occupied space, KBC successfully delivered the project on time and within budget, adhering to the high standards set by both Facilitate Group and Workday.
