Refurbishment of Existing Office

KBC was appointed to refurbish Splunk’s existing office on Level 16 of Rialto Towers, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne. The project, completed over 6 weeks with a budget of $800k, covered 850 square metres and was designed to enhance functionality and aesthetics within the workspace.

The refurbishment included the construction of new meeting rooms, installation of workstations, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems. Additional elements involved the installation of custom joinery, new floor finishes, and the expansion of the comms room, complete with a new comms rack.

KBC managed the project efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition of spaces. The client, Facilitate Group on behalf of Splunk, was highly satisfied with the outcome, as the work was completed on time and under budget.
